Thread Sketching and Bobbin Work

Terri will be demonstrating thread sketching and bobbinwork for artful embellishments. Thread sketching involves using multiple threads and freemotion sewing to sketch/stitch over fabric. Bobbinwork adds a truly 3D texture using various weights of perle cotton in your bobbin. This is open to all types of sewing machines and skill levels, it’s just coloring with thread! For guild members a small kit has been passed out to follow along with the zoom presentation.

(The kit consists of 3 circles and a rectangle of wool, and a 5" square of cotton.)
